We’re not going to lie — it’s a never-ending process, as we can’t just forget all the principles and values we’ve been taught since childhood. But every day, we try to view the world without confirmation bias—facts we always knew that turned out to be myths and prejudices. Our team double-checks the information, and we prefer to rely on facts and unbiased information rather than on anything else.Â
- We praise differences and equality. The more we learn about different cultures and the more our chief editor shares her knowledge of how the human mind really works, the more we understand how similar we are. Borders, as well as different cultures, do exist, but inequality is something we should try to get rid of at all costs.Â
- We believe that team bonding helps us get better. We’re not trying to become “a family.” We have families at home, but we’re doing our best to create a friendly, open, and encouraging environment for all our staff. Our team members have strong emotional bonds because we let them exchange their opinions, encourage self-expression and mutual support, and always praise new ideas. We get better together, and that’s our main strength.Â
